A conventry-based cab manufacturer-London Electric Vehicle Company (LEVC) has reportedly lost it's appeal have exclusive rights to the shape of its 'black cab'. The court ruled out that the shape is 'not distinctive enough'.
The ruling of the court of appeal made the company vulnerable to Frazer-Nash research who who has long being producing hybrid-electric metrocab that somehow resembles LEVC's.
