Bihar has been named the most unsafe city in India after a low ranking of 0.410 in the recent Gender Vulnerability Index (GVI) made available by the Ministry of Women and Child Development.
Goa ranked first being the safest place for women with score of 0.656, Kerala second safest with score of 0.634 and capital city in low 28th position with a score of 0.436.
